YES, I AM

YES, I AM STILL ALIVE---THO SOMETIMES WISH I WERE NOT. PAIN REIGNS SUPREME IN MY LIFE NOW DAYS. IF IT ISN'T ONE THING IT IS ANOTHER. I KNOW A BETTER DAY IS COMING----I JUST HOPE IT COMES BEFORE I GO. REALLY ,I AM LUCKY THAT I FEEL PRETTY GOOD WHEN I AM SITTING DOWN AND NOT MOVING MUCH. I HAVE A GREAT HUSBAND WHO HELPS SO MUCH--IN FACT TOO MUCH. I NEED TO CONTRIBUTE MORE---AND STILL AM ABLE TO DO LAUNDRY, DISHES, COOK. WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO, BUT HAVE A STOOL AT EACH PLACE. IN FACT HAVE 5 OF THEM IN THIS HOUSE AT MY "WORK STATIONS". THE FUNNY THING IS WHEN I AM IN THE HOSPITAL I STILL HAVE THE FEELING THAT I COULD RUN CIRCLES AROUND SOME OF THOSE YOUNG NURSES!! HA HA--WHAT A JOKE!! I AM LUCKY TO GET FROM ONE CHAIR TO THE NEXT. WE DO GO FOR A RIDE ALMOST EVERY DAY AND GET SOME
'FAST" FOOD TO EAT OUT BY ONE OF OUR MANY LAKES. WE HAVE HAD SUCH A COLD SUMMER---IT IS JUST NOW WARMING UP---THAT WE DIDN'T SPEND MUCH TIME OUTSIDE ANYHOW. THE SONS AND GRANDSONS POP IN QUITE OFTEN , AND THAT IS NICE. GETTING A LITTLE ANXIOUS TO GET BACK TO TEXAS---AND I HAVE PROMISED TO GET IN THE POOL MORE -ONCE WOULD BE MORE THAN LAST WINTER. HOPEFULLY CAN GET IN EVERY DAY--I KNOW IT WILL HELP. UNTIL LATER---TAKE CARE ALL---I MISS YOU ALL BARB
